Zap

Terms of sale and use

Last updated 31 August 2026

These terms cover your purchase and use of Zap, a browser application operated by Lead-Centric. Buying access means you accept them.

What you are buying

A single purchase gives you access to Zap as it stands on the day you buy it, for as long as we run it, together with every fix and correction we ship to that version. Fixes reach you on your next page load. There is nothing to download, install or update.

There is no limit on how many client sites you build, and Lead-Centric charges you nothing per build. Zap writes the copy through your own model provider account, so each site costs you whatever that provider charges for the work, which in our own testing has been about fifteen cents. That is paid to them, not to us, and we neither mark it up nor receive any part of it.

Your purchase is for the version you bought. If we release a later version as a separate product, it is a separate purchase. We are not obliged to release one, and we are not obliged to give it to you if we do.

Your access is yours alone

You get one set of credentials tied to the email address you bought with. Those credentials are for you or, if you bought as a company, for people inside that company. Do not share them outside it, publish them, resell access, or use them to run Zap as a service for other agencies.

If credentials we issued you turn up in use by people who did not buy, we may revoke them without a refund.

What you may do with what Zap builds

The pages Zap produces are yours to use, modify, sell to your clients and hand over to them. We claim nothing in them and take no credit line on them.

Zap itself, its templates, its build sheet and its questionnaire are ours. You are buying access to run it, not a copy of it and not a licence to redistribute it.

The design is fixed

You control the client's two brand colours, their logo, their copy, and how many services and service areas appear. Layout, spacing, type, section order and everything else are structural. They are not configurable and requests to change them are not defects.

What Zap does not do

Zap hands you finished HTML files and a sheet naming the address each one goes at. Putting them on your client's site, their platform, their host, their DNS and their domain are your work.

Zap does not run your ad accounts. It gives you fields to paste a Google tag, a conversion event, a Meta pixel and a call-tracking snippet into. What those do inside your accounts is between you and the platform, and anything you paste into those fields runs on your client's pages under your name.

The copy is written through your own model provider account, which you connect to Zap yourself and pay for directly. Rate limits, model behaviour, pricing, billing and anything the model writes are between you and that provider. We do not hold your key, we cannot see your usage, and we are not responsible for their availability or their charges.

Regulated industries

The privacy policy and terms pages Zap generates are written for ordinary local service businesses. They do not cover health, lending, insurance, tax, legal, credit repair or addiction treatment, and they must not be used for those. The questionnaire asks your client about this. If the answer is yes, their own counsel supplies those two pages. We cannot review or advise on them.

Support

Support is by email at admin@lead-centric.com. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Support covers access problems and the app not doing what it says it does. It does not cover your client's website platform, their ad accounts, your model provider account or its billing, your client's content, design changes, custom code you paste into the tag fields, or marketing advice.

Refunds

If Zap is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full and revoke your access. After 14 days, sales are final. Sites you built before a refund remain yours.

Availability

Zap is a hosted application. We aim to keep it running and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever decide to stop running it, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email so you can finish outstanding work.

We may change these terms. Material changes go out by email to the address you bought with, and the date at the top of this page changes.

Liability

Zap is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of defects or that any site it builds will produce leads, conversions, revenue or any other result. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from Zap is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or your clients' claims against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them is brought in the state or federal courts located in Ravalli County, Montana, and you agree to that venue.
